Limiting the President's Powers

Don Bacon is a lot of things, but I don't think "staunch Republican" is one of them. While only being relatively new to The House at 8 years young, he's made a name for himself for constantly butting heads with those one the right.

While not in it of itself an issue it is when it comes to adding more blocks to The President negotiating with other countries.

Bacon wants to cartel the powers of The President and his ability to impose tariffs. Trump has long lauded tariffs as a solution to America's labor and debt issues but Bacon has other plans. Taking a page out of Sen. Grassley's book in partnering with a far left Senator; he plans to introduce legeslation that would let Congress completely ignore any tariff proposition made by any president.

It's clear that the people of Nebraska have had about enough of Bacon's voting record as the last 3 primary's he has faced he losses more and more ground to his challengers.

While the numbers voting in the GOP primary are decreasing Bacon has lost a significant lead. Nebraska needs a candidate that can drive this disenfranchised voting group to the polls and start representing the people of Nebraska again.
